# Stages

> Stages is a two-sided workspace for the interview process. Job seekers track applications, generate follow-ups in their own voice, rehearse interviews, and tailor resumes. Recruiters manage candidate pipelines, placements, snapshot sharing, and analytics. Both sides operate on the same data — when a recruiter updates a candidate's pipeline stage, a linked seeker sees the verified update in real time.

## What Stages does
- For job seekers: paste a job URL to auto-import the role, company, and requirements; track applications through each stage; generate follow-up emails written in your own voice; rehearse with an AI interview coach; and tailor your resume per role.
- For recruiters: run candidate pipelines, track placements, share read-only pipeline snapshots, and view a recruiter analytics dashboard. Candidates you've worked with can opt in to "Verified tracking" to see stage changes in real time.
- Check-in: a candidate can nudge a recruiter once every 48 hours with an optional short note.
- Stages does not auto-apply to jobs — it helps you do fewer applications, better.

- Each side is its own subscription; you can hold both and switch between views.
